Family Advocacy
We help build healthier families and create more resilient and responsive communities. Our programs center on prevention and outreach, treatment, victim advocacy, and research. Family Advocacy Strength-Based Treatment, or FAST, is another voluntary program for couples and families who desire to change destructive patterns of communication. Outreach services are offered through life-skills classes in parenting, relationship enhancement, emotion regulation and resiliency boosting. Treatment services are offered for individuals, couples and families who have experienced maltreatment. Victim advocacy is a program that offers victims of intimate partner violence supportive services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Operations under COVID-19 Pandemic: Currently, all non-crisis/non-deployment related appointments are conducted by virtual health (either telephone or video call); individuals experiencing a mental health emergency should present to the nearest ER or to the Mental Health Clinic for triage. Any in-person encounters will require the patient to wear a mask and follow all clinic protocols as directed by staff. Please call the clinic at 781-225-6392 if you are unsure whether to present in-person for your appointment.
